John Stivers, CBI, M&AMI, BVS, BCI, Broker, President of PBBIHans Spies, Vice President, PBB International - After high school, Mr. Spies began his career in the family business and grew the company from one shop to four shops within eight years. During this time, he attended night classes, taking courses in bookkeeping and retail marketing.  Hans’ experience and collegiate studies make him understand each business and the concerns from the seller and buyer’s point of view, as well as see the correlation between a foreign buyer and an American seller.  Soon thereafter, he left the family business and in 1995 started his own business importing well-known brands from the U.S. to Europe. Hans later sold his business, along with his house and moved to Costa Rica for a few years.  During a stay in the U.S. he built a professional relationship with the President of Professional Business Brokers, Inc. John Stivers.  It was through this relationship that Hans started the PBB International Marketing Office in The Netherlands.  It was established specifically for the purpose of assisting international buyers who were looking for a way to emigrate to the U.S.. Since 1998, Professional Business Brokers, Inc. and PBB of the Netherlands has assisted many Dutch, German,  Belgian, English, Swiss, French, Austrian, Swedish, Asian and Canadian families realize their American dream of owning their own business.

 

Geory Stivers, CBI, V.P. of PBBIJose Carlos Pereira, BBN - Bolsa Brasil Negócios - Mr. Pereira has a strong business brokerage background with over 10 years experience in several types of companies and is a member of the International Business Brokers Association. He has extensive worldwide business experience including both Europe and Latin America. While having an impressive business and franchising background, he also understands small and medium size businesses. Jose Carlos set up the BBN - Bolsa Brasil Negócios , the first Brazilian brokerage franchising company six years ago and today they have a network of sixteen franchisees / brokers in Brazil and one in Portugal. He holds an MBA in Finance from FGV - Rio de Janeiro , with undergraduate studies at Tulane University and Loyola University.
